Jarvis’ Case Featured in Spring 2019 edition of the Northwestern Journal of Law & Social Policy
The article, titled "Unrequited Innocence in U.S. Capital Cases: Unintended Consequences of the Fourth Kind," profiles 25 death row inmates with cases of compelling innocence. It was co-authored by John Seasly and Rob Warden, formerly the executive director of the Center for Wrongful Convictions at Northwestern Law School. The scholarly article runs 94 pages.
