CA Attorney General Files Response to Habeas Petition

The California Attorney General’s office has now filed their response to the Federal Appeal Brief for the Habeas petition that Jarvis’ legal team at Kirkland & Ellis submitted last November. Next, Jarvis’ legal team expects to file a traverse by late September 2021.

Those wishing to access publicly available federal court documents can register for a Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) account here . To get automated email notifications on Jarvis’ case directly from the courts, an additional and separate registration must be made for Electronic Court Filing (ECF) with the U.S. District Court (Northern District of California) here.
